As Partner, I am firm visionary and lead a team of accounting and enterprise system professionals. I am responsible for our growth and success through the coordination of sales, marketing, technology, resources, talent, relationships, and business processes. These skills are demanded daily across our practice areas, Crescent, CPAs (Accounting) and Crescent Consulting (Enterprise Systems). I am accountable for our team’s quality and delivery of our “People as a Service.” Further, I am a hands-on accounting and technology expert. I deliver broad and deep knowledge as a trusted consultant and strategic partner for our wide range of accounting, tax and corporate clients.
Pursuing my entrepreneurial instinct, I organized Crescent in 2006 and never looked back. Prior to this I had a career with organizations such as Deloitte, Perot Systems, Oracle Corporation (then JD Edwards Corporation), and the American Automobile Association. Also, I worked in public accounting.
In my free time I enjoy my vacation home in New Orleans French Quarter, gardening, jogging, friends and being a “foodie”.
As Partner, I am the firm manager and administrator responsible for grooming talent and managing the resources in our accounting and enterprise system business segments. Building directly upon my skills as an implementer and upon my training as an economist, I am constantly working on the integration points between process, technology, and human capital. With experience that stretches from advising CEOs of Blue Chip organizations to small business startups, I find myself serving as a driver of discourse between myriad groups of information users from frontline workforce and salespeople to the strategic consumers of process, technology, and human capital.
I’m proud to have joined Crescent as a consultant and to have served in every capacity on my journey to Partner. I understand the business, the people, and our clients from many perspectives.
In my free time, I follow Bucs and Seminoles football, write essays for magazines, visit Presidential Libraries, have published two collections of short stories, and am a slave to the whims of two very bossy yet adorable cats.
